Stepping up my 5k intervals

Last night I was able to step up my intervals and do six sets of 800m dashes with 1 minute breaks inbetween. It was really tough so I’m going to try and keep doing these for the next few times I go running. I think then I’m going to transition to ten 500m dashes with 30 second breaks in between and go from there.

On the weight front, I am on track to dip below 215 this week ;)
