Animated Get Your War On

Whoa!! One of my favorite comics ever, Get Your War On is now available in animated format. Can I just say that the animation of this thing is pretty freaking awesome. It's still got that low-tech feel. Just watch it. I love the dude's phone cord jiggling as he walks around:

Weezer video for Pork and Beans

The guys in Weezer (including Cuomo's amazing 'stache) has put together a great video for their new single, Pork & Beans, using a mixture of mimicked and real people who starred in popular internet memes. Watch it, you'll find it extremely funny ;)

Been messing around with our Flip a lot more. This is also my first foray into the wild world of iMovie 2008. Give me two and a half minutes and you too can make your own delicious, crispy, crunchy duck legs. Protip: pair with cheesy rice and broccoli or steamed vegetables Making crispy roast duck from Clint Ecker on Vimeo.

Two videos for a slow Sunday afternoon

You read TechMeme, right? For those who don't, it's a completely automated site that pulls, organizes and displays the hottest news from blogs at any given moment. It changes continuously, 24/7 in response the the "buzziest" news of the second. Amit Pagarwal at Digital Inspiration made a pretty cool 50 hour time lapsed visualization (down to 50 seconds) of the evolution of the TechMeme home page: And if you're familiar with the Scoble/Facebook thing (as well as that stupid video made about Britney by Chris Cocker), this might be a little entertaining:
