A graph of my weight since I started running and eating better on March 22, 2009.  I’ve recorded my morning weigh almost every day using a cool iPhone app called WeightBot.  It lets you export the data in CSV format, which is pretty nice ;)

My all time low I hit last week at 222, and I started in March at 240.5.
