The whiskey and taco stand piloted by Paul Kahan(Blackbird, Publican) opens today in the spot historically occupied by the Pontiac Grill. Really smart idea. Jacqui says there have existed services like this for expensive bags for a while. I Imagine that this business is constrained by having to keep in stock a multitude of sizes (and many of the same size) in addition to several colors, et cetera.
