A peaceful end to a great Saturday
Sitting on the large concrete steps on Ohio’s side of the river (Sawyer Point park), I took this picture of the Purple People Bridge as the sun set on a great Saturday :)
You can see Newport on the Levee in the distance.

Looking up while in the Alley. Another beautifully blue Saturday sky :)

An Alley directly across from our apartment building, off of Race Street. It leads into our parking garage.
I took this picture on Saturday and I thought the lighting was pretty nice.
Taste of Cincinnati 2005
We just got back from tasting Cincinnati at the Taste of Cincinnati which is taking place up on Central Parkway (2 blocks north of us). We went up there with Greg and Will. It rained on us for a little while but overall we had a fun time. I had some great food from Pacific Moon and Jacqui had some fried dumplings (not sure where from), some ground lamb curry and then a Raspberry Crepe.

Yes I buy clothes
I found out my Grandma and Aunt think I never buy clothes or something ;) Here’s a shirt I bought today!
Apple Adapter Settlement Claims
I got a letter in the mail last week while I was in Chicago from a settlement claims administrator at Apple. Apparently there is a class action suit pending over the high failure rates inherent in the “yo-yo” or “covered adapters” that shipped with iBooks and that were sent to people when Apple recalled the old black adapters from G3 powerbooks.
My adapter did fail within 1 year of use and I...

Once downtown we wandered...

Slacker
Wow I’ve really slacked off posting here :) I’m headed out today to spend a week in Chicago training for some software pertaining to our e911 implementation (it lets us use our existing hardware to obtain a pretty precise guess of your latitude and longitude as long as you’re within our coverage).
I’ll be trying to meet up with as many Chicago folk as I can muster while still attending this...
Clint, a self portrait
Came out kinda neat:
Busy, busy Weekend
Jacqui’s got the whole write up on her site
We went to Chicago, did a shoot for Jacqui, her thing in Milwaukee got canceled and rescheduled, we then met up with some Ars people. We wanted to get a head start on the trip back, so we headed back towards Chicago and got a hotel room. So that’s where we are now ;)
Jacqui’s got the report with every little detail, including a pic from the...
