Tests, Projects, School In General
I got my score back from my second Physics test and it’s a dismal 50! Fourtunately for me I was in the upper half of the class with regards to score. Hopefully that’ll help me out when it comes to the final grade.
I also took my ECET 304 exam last thursday night and I think I did pretty well. We might know how we did on Monday but definately on Wednesday. I’ve not been up to much stuff...
Punk Rock Redux
Well we went to go see all the shows mentioned in the preceding post at the Riviera in Chicago on saturday and we had a great time! Unfourtunately for a bad parking spot and some unexpected traffic, we missed both “The Early November” and “Senses Fail”. We made it RIGHT in time to catch Homegrown starting to play. Punk Rock Show Tomorrow
Well the semester is about half over and we’ve come upon October break as it’s affectionately called here at Purdue. What makes this October break cooler than other October breaks is that I am going to be leaving tomorrow with Jacqui and my roommate Will to go to Chicago!

Capacitors
If there is anything I hate more than anything in Electronics is the retarded numerical labeling system for certain capacitors. You know what I’m talking about: 101,105,104,103,472,205 etc.
For the uninitiated it follows this format xxy where xx is the base number and the y plays into 10^y the final value being xx * 10^y. The units are picofarads or pf. So if I have a 105 thats 10*10^5...
