Well I figured out what was making my computer reboot. A program called Bittorrent. We’ll leave it at that ;) Apparently there are a lot of issues with it making computers reboot that are on DSL connections, but mostly when its connected via USB, it seems kinda weird seeing as its behind a switch and my computer only sees it as a LAN connection _.
Anyways, that has stopped and I’ve split up...

Stupid Computer.
My stupid computer keeps rebooting itself. It just started Saturday so I’m trying to nail down all the stuff I did that might’ve caused this :P At first I thought i was heat (it was around 131F in there) so I cleaned it all up, added a fan. Nada. It rebooted itself last night ;( I was able to extend the time between reboots, I think, by keeping it cooler. But never-the-less it still rebooted...

Fotokake
So I totally scrapped Fotokake v1 and I’ve started v2. Its MUCH BETTER. I got to scrap all my crap code that I did over thanksgiving break and move towards and more modular and OO approach. Its a bajillion times cleaner code and I’m using quite a few PEAR tools (DB, Table, and IntegratedTemplate) to do all the dirty work for me ;)

Site additions
So in case you haven’t noticed I’ve added a new section to the site (Bookmarks). Its more my purposes than anyone else, but I suppose other people might be interested. Its basically just a PHP parsed version of my bookmarks file from Phoenix. It makes a cool little tree and from it I can visit my links on any computer I happen to be at. I’ve also added a link to download the bookmarks file. ...

I forgot that my section wasn’t meeting this week for EET 276 Lab and I sat outside for like 20 minutes as no one showed up before I thought to look at my syllabus. It became immediately clear that I was retarded :P

On Thursdays and PUMUG Meetings
I am actually pretty pleased that my thursdays are pretty light. It will help a lot with stuff that is usually due on Fridays (like 430 writeups) and I can prepare for PUMUG meetings (they always happen on thursdays).
I only really have one class on thursdays (CPT 430) and then I would usually work from 10:30am until 5pm. Thats great for gettin da $BLING$ but I can also use that time to work...
Day Three: The Reality Sets In

I preemptively vote this class to be the most boring of the year ;) I’ve only been to one class so far and I am scared of the depths of borededness I might incur later on in the semester.
I really get annoyed with old professors who drone on and an have nothing dynamic about them. They just won’t do. Anyways, the class might be cool, but I think I will dread waking up at 6AM just to go sit...

Second day of the Semester
Well my tuesdays are definately going to be my “slow” day ;) I got up at the late hour of 7:30am and got ready. I cooked some bacon and eggs and headed out the door at 9am.
I then spent 20 minutes outside in SUPER DUPER cold weather waiting for the bus that was supposed to come 5 minutes after I got to the bus stop _. Well I was half frozen and one guy thought that smoking inside the bus...
First Day Back to Classes: Reflections
Well the day is finally over and I’m about to go to sleep and over all I would say that I am pretty excited about this semester. I am finally getting into the cool applications of all of the things I’m learning.
I’ve done my first homework and soon I will be preparing for my first exam which is on the 22nd (you can now see all my tasks like homework, tests, etc on the schedule). So yeah, this...

Well I finished up with 257 and already I can see that this will be my most challenging and possibly the most interesting class I will be taking this semester.
The class has a lot to do with RF Electronics (systems running at or above 200MHz), Power systems (up to 6A), and electronic controls. I think this might be super cool actually ;)
Coming up next is my CPT 430 lab. I doubt we’ll do...

I was all pumped after chillin’ out in the Physics commons to attend my next class EET 231 only to find a big sign sating “EET 231 IS CANCELED TODAY 01/13/2003”. doh :P

Well I finished my first class. A 7:30am class. I was all prepared to get up early and have plenty of time to relax before I had to leave. However, even though I diligently set my alarms to the proper times, I forgot to actually turn the alarms on :eek:.
So I awaken to the sound of my roommate pounding on my door saying,
